Royal BD Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Royal BD ("Royal BD", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Royal BD online gaming platform available at royal-bd.xyz and through the Royal BD mobile application.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Royal BD, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Royal BD platform.

Royal BD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Royal BD platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on Royal BD, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Royal BD employee or contractor.
• You must not be self-excluded from Royal BD or any affiliated platform.

Royal BD reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, Royal BD may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth, false name, or false contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Royal BD account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you accidentally create a second account, contact Royal BD support immediately to resolve the situation before any bets are placed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Royal BD account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of your account when using a shared device. Royal BD will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Royal BD support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is ongoing.

• Accounts must be registered with a valid, active mobile number.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals.
• Royal BD may close inactive accounts after 12 consecutive months of no login activity.
• Balances in closed inactive accounts will be held for 6 months and returned upon verified request.

4. Deposits

Royal BD accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees on Royal BD — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance.

The minimum deposit on Royal BD is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Royal BD may apply enhanced verification requirements for large deposits in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits are credited to your Royal BD account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Royal BD support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Royal BD are processed to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used on the account. Royal BD does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within three minutes of submission. In some cases, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts undergoing verification, processing may take longer. Royal BD will notify you if additional verification is required before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Royal BD does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Royal BD reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

If a withdrawal is declined, Royal BD will notify you of the reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered account holder's name.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Royal BD offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all Royal BD bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless Royal BD explicitly states otherwise.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on Royal BD use certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by Royal BD, the game provider, or any external party. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — Royal BD will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to your account. Winnings from a game that cannot be verified through server logs will not be paid.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Royal BD reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game conditions being displayed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Royal BD. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Royal BD platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Royal BD staff or other players.

Royal BD monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially. Royal BD's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

Royal BD provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, Royal BD does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal BD's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
